Martin & Co. was founded in 1981.

From 1975 to 1987, Heinz Martin was working as general manager of electrical installations for the engine-building company Herminghausen. After having left the company in 1987 the co-operation with Herminghausen continued to exist until its sale in 1994.

At present, we offer mechanical and electrical service for centerless grinding machines, especially for those produced by Herminghausen.
